EGAS annual event 2024

 

The first EGAS CE Annual Event is coming up on 15.11.2024 at Utrecht University (The Netherlands), and we are super proud of the program we were able to establish for you! 

 

Registration

EGAS members and participants:

You can use the Google Form to register for the EGAS CE Annual Event 2024. Please also register if you are not able to attend! Register as soon as possible, but latest on 01.10.2024 so we can prepare everything properly. For EGAS members, it is mandatory to attend the Annual Event at least every second year.

To keep yourself up to date, attending the Annual Event every year is highly recommended (and fun!)

External participants:

There are 10 spots available for external participants. If you have any colleagues or friends that are interested, please let them register via the application form on the EGAS website. Costs for external participants are €395 (ex VAT), including all catering.

Getting to the venue:

If your hotel is located in the city center, the best options are to take the bus, tram or bike. The closest bus/tram station to the venue is: Utrecht, Heidelberglaan. From this station to the venue is a short 10min walk.
